We at Greenock Morton Football Club are proud to support Breathing Space and their message of positive mental health and wellbeing.

Mental health is everyone’s business. Issues such as stress, anxiety and low mood are common problems. Sometimes our thoughts and feelings can overwhelm us to the point where it becomes difficult to cope.

It can help to get some support and speak to someone about what we’re going through. Breathing Space is a free, confidential phone- and web-based service for anyone in Scotland feeling low, stressed or anxious.

Their experienced advisors will listen and offer information and advice. For emotional support or further information call FREE on 0800 83 85 87 or visit www.breathingspace.scot.

Breathing Space national co-ordinator Tony McLaren said: “Whether it’s on behalf of a friend or family member or it is the individuals themselves in need of support, our trained advisors are here in times of difficulty.

“It’s always better to open up and speak about your stresses sooner rather than later. Don’t bottle things up and let problems get out of hand. You are not alone and talking about how you feel is a positive first step.”
