Duffy: Lack of aggression cost us at Livingston

Manager Jim Duffy felt his side came up short when it came to aggressively defending set-pieces against Livingston on Saturday and pinpointed that as the reason they lost the match 3-2.

The Ton boss felt his side performed played pretty well in open play and only left the Tony Macaroni Arena empty-handed as a result of a failure to match Alan Lithgow’s desire to get on the end of deadballs inside their own box.

Duffy also admits that the outcome added to the significance of tomorrow night’s home fixture against Dumbarton in terms of the race for the Premiership promotion play-offs.
