Jack: Scoring late winner v Sons was Too Sweet

Beaming defender Jack Iredale says scoring the dramatic last-gasp winner against Dumbarton was not only crucial but also ‘Too Sweet’.

The Australian left-back found the net in the fourth minute of stoppage time to secure a vital three points against the Sons, and he celebrated with a signal to goalkeeper and fellow WWE fan Jamie McGowan.

His wrestling-inspired too sweet hand gesture, used by superstars such as AJ Styles and Finn Balor, was part of the wild scenes that accompanied his season-saving strike.

Jack also discusses Tuesday’s rollercoaster second half, Jim Duffy’s role in his late strike, needing a translator to understand anything Gary Fraser says bar ‘dynamite’, and Saturday’s match against Queen of the South.
