McKinnon: Alloa win put a smile on my face

Manager Ray McKinnon was thrilled with Saturday’s 2-0 win away at Alloa Athletic and admitted the result put a smile on his face.

A Chris Millar double fired the Ton to their first victory of the 2018/19 Ladbrokes Championship and the Cappielow gaffer described it as a great three points at a difficult venue.

McKinnon also discusses Millar’s contribution, how his team coped with the narrow pitch, naming the same starting XI that drew with Queen of the South, a resilient clean sheet, and Scott Tiffoney returning on loan.
