New Ticketing System

To update fans on our new ticketing system, our plan is presently, and barring any technical hitches, to introduce this from the first home league match v Falkirk on Saturday 13 August. Until then, pay at the gate will continue as last season with the full range of gates available and prices set according to SFA/SPFL guidelines for the cup matches concerned.   After the ticketing system is introduced, concessions and other reduced price admissions will all have to be purchased in advance.  Full adult tickets purchased in advance will also attract a lower price (£18) than the pay at the gate price on matchdays which will be £20.

Tickets will be able to be purchased as follows:

  1. From Smiths in the town centre
  2. From Cappielow, including by post if ordered and paid for not less than three working days before the match concerned.  If we have to post the ticket to you, that will incur a small extra charge.
  3. Via our website in due course with payment by credit card or paypal.  We hope to have that system operating as soon as possible but it may not be in time for our first matches.

As a future development we would like to look at allowing fans to print a ticket or download a code to a mobile phone after an online purchase but there are a number of security issues around that which we have to resolve. It is though very much on our radar and will involve using scanners at the turnstiles. We will keep fans aware of developments.
