Promotion play-off dates

The SPFL have today confirmed the dates, kick-off times and live broadcast information for the upcoming Ladbrokes Premiership promotion play-offs.

In order to avoid a clash of fixtures in the city of Dundee on Saturday 13 May, the Premiership play-off quarter-final ties will be played as follows:

Leg 1 Tuesday 9 May, 19:45 Morton v Ladbrokes Championship 3
Leg 2 Friday 12 May, 19:45 Ladbrokes Championship 3 v Morton

The above schedule will apply regardless of whether Dundee United ultimately finish in second or third position in the Ladbrokes Championship to ensure that clubs, fans and police all have as much notice as possible in the circumstances

In the event that Dundee United does finish in third place and subsequently prevails over ourselves in the quarter-final, they would be scheduled to meet the runners-up in the Ladbrokes Championship in the first leg of the play-off semi-final at Tannadice on Tuesday 16 May at 19:45.

In order to avoid a clash of fixtures in the city of Dundee on Tuesday 16 May, the Ladbrokes Premiership round 37 fixture between Dundee and Ross County will be postponed until Wednesday 17 May at 19:45.

The Ladbrokes Premiership play-off semi-final ties will be played as follows:

Leg 1 Tuesday 16 May, 19.45: Quarter-final winner v Runner-up in Championship (Live on BT Sport)
Leg 2 Friday 19 May, 19.45: Runner-up in Championship v Quarter-final winner (Live on BT Sport)

The Ladbrokes Premiership play-off final ties will be played as follows:

Leg 1 Thursday 25 May, 19:45: Semi-final winner v Ladbrokes Premiership 11 (Live on BT Sport)
Leg 2 Sunday 28 May, 15:00: Ladbrokes Premiership 11 v Semi-final winner (Live on BT Sport)
