Ray: Five-goal margin was a fair reflection

Manager Ray McKinnon was thrilled to conclude Betfred Cup Group E win with a convincing 5-0 win over Albion Rovers and insisted his side were well worth the emphatic margin of victory.

The boss was pleased with the overall performance, particularly seeing his side score three times in the second half, but also admitted he was still not entirely satisfied as they could have been a little bit more clinical

McKinnon also discusses Connor Bell’s debut goal, Ben Armour’s first senior strike, Michael Tidser’s brace and whether he will be penalty taker, the 4-2-3-1 formation, and praises Kerr Waddell for playing through the pain.
