Rory: Cappielow win could give us an edge

Defender Ross McKeown insists a trip away to league leaders should hold no fears for this Morton squad as they have already shown their ability by beating Ross County earlier in the season.

Goals from Michael Tidser and Bob McHugh fired the Ton to three points against the much-fancied Staggies at Cappielow back in August and remain the only team to have beaten them on league duty.

Assertive left-back McKeown believes that win could give them an edge and says gaffer Jonatan Johansson has the team fully prepared for tomorrow’s return fixture in the Highlands.

The Northern Irishman also talks last week’s victory over Falkirk, his part in the goal by picking out aerial assassin Kerr Waddell, and second part of the upcoming double header at Queen of the South on Tuesday.
