Strut your stuff at Cappielow – don’t miss out

Morton fans have the unique opportunity to play on the hallowed Cappielow turf alongside club legends whilst raising funds to help produce the stars of the future – but bidding closes at 8pm tonight.

The Greenock Morton Supporters’ Trust fans’ game, sponsored by McLellan and Bence and Vision, will take place at the ground here on Sunday 4 September with a 11.45am start for a 1pm kick-off.

Greats from the past will turn out on the day, and strikers Warren Hawke, Derek Lilley (pictured above, playing in last year’s match) and current assistant manager Craig McPherson are already confirmed.

Bidding begins at £80 and £200 guarantees your place, with all profit from the event donated to the Ton youth academy.

However, you will need to act fast to secure your place and strut your stuff on Mark Farrell’s pristine playing surface before tonight’s deadline.
