Connor: Morton is right club at right time

New striker Connor Bell says his next move was vital at this stage of his career and reckons Morton is the right club at the right time.

Englishman Bell had offers at home and abroad but chose to reject those opportunities for another crack at the Ladbrokes Championship with the Ton.

The 22-year-old forward spent last season in the Scottish second tier with Inverness Caledonian Thistle and reveals he is aiming to take his game to the next level and improve his goal tally at Cappielow.

Bell also discusses his year with ICT, their matches against the Ton, the benefits of a season in Switzerland with Servette, learning a new language, knowing Michael Tidser from Rotherham, and getting John Baird’s advice.
